The pressure transmitter products in the SITRANS P series offer maximum precision, robustness and ease-of-use. The SITRANS P500 has been developed to meet the highest expectations for measuring accuracy, ruggedness, and user-friendliness, and it merges seamlessly into the SITRANS P family. With the SITRANS P500, you can expect pressure measurement at the highest level. It guarantees an accuracy of = 0.03 % as well as outstanding values for the influence of static pressure and temperature on the measured result.
The SITRANS P410 is a digital pressure transmitter with integrated diagnostic functions for HART, PROFIBUS PA- or FOUNDATION Fieldbus communication. The SITRANS P410 complements the existing P DS III as a “high performance” version with increased measuring accuracy of 0.04%. The different design variants for measuring gauge and differential pressure as well as the existing certifications of the SITRANS P DS III (e.g. ATEX Ex i, Ex d, Ex nA/ic, FM, CSA) are of course available.
SITRANS P DS III
The SITRANS P DS III series includes digital pressure transmitters for measuring gauge pressure, absolute pressure, differential pressure, flow and level.
Even the standard devices offer comprehensive diagnostics and simulation functions with high reliability. The suitability for use in SIL2 circuits has been certified by external test institutes.
With Profibus transmitters, the new PROFISAFE technology guarantees uniform safety from the control system down to the transmitter.
The SITRANS P310 is a digital pressure transmitter with integrated HART diagnostic functions and a high operating comfort. Representing a basic device for easy measurements with low accuracy requirements compared to SITRANS P DS III the P310 complements the already existing P DS III. The different design variants for measuring gauge and differential pressure are of course available. Certifications like e.g. ATEX, NEPSI, FM, CSA and SIL guarantee the application in flameproof areas as well as within processes with high safety requirements.
The SITRANS P 300 offers the measuring precision and ruggedness already known from the SITRANS P DSIII.
Its stainless steel housing with laser-printed nameplate, together with a wide range of hygienic process connections, mean that it is highly suitable for use in the food & beverages industry as well as for pharmaceutical processes.
With a maximum deviation in measurement of 0.075% and the proven operating philosophy, it fits seamlessly into the SITRANS P family.
The SITRANS P280 is a WirelessHART pressure transmitter that provides all measured process values as well as diagnostic information, parameters and functions via radio. The device is powered by an internal battery and designed for ultralow power consumption. The compact and rugged design makes it specially suitable for direct mounting on tanks and pipes in remote parts of plants, and on moving or rotating equipment for process monitoring or asset management applications.
The SITRANS transmitters P200, P210 and P220 are compact single-range-transmitters for measurement of absolute and gauge pressure.
In this series we use two different kinds of pressure sensors: two stainless steel sensors and one ceramics sensor. So the measurement of process pressure, absolute pressure and hydrostatic pressure is an easy thing. The measured pressure will be transformed with these sensors into a 4…20-mA- resp. a 0…10-V-signal.
SITRANS P Compact
The SITRANS P Compact is an analog transmitter for measuring absolute and relative pressure which has been developed specially for the requirements of the food/pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The SITRANS LH100 series pressure transmitter converts the level-proportional hydrostatic pressure into a standardized signal 4 to 20 mA. The transmitter consists of a stainless steel housing (Ø 23,4 mm) with mechanical protection IP 68, a piezo-resistive sensor with ceramic diaphragm. The transmitter cable has a diameter of Ø 6 mm and also contains a vent pipe for connection to the atmosphere.
